South Jax Beach is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The community is comprised of long-term residents, recently relocated families, and short-term rentals. We are thankful for the community to welcome vacationers and ask that you and your group respect the community. We are excited to host you! Close to bars, restaurants, shops, and THE BEACH! Free off-street parking is available for one vehicle. Free on-street parking is widely available in the neighborhood. Walking, biking, golf carts, and rollerblades/skateboards are common ways you'll see people getting around. Bike and golf cart rentals are available at the beach. The property is on 5th St (5 blocks from the beach!). If you are not familiar, there is a busier road called A1A (3rd St) which you'll need to cross to get there. If you go directly across it's a 10-minute walk to the beach. If you prefer a crosswalk it's about 13 minutes.
