There are few scattered benches (not every room has one), but many people find a spot on the floor to sit and experience the exhibits. There are additional places to sit at the Arte Cafe and at the interactive jungle animal exhibit. They do have wheelchairs available at the ticket desk as well as elevators and escalators to go between floors.
