Hi, I am interested in your private tour from Rome to The Mall Outlet in Florence. Does the 8-10 duration of the tour include the 2 1/2 hour travel time (to and from)? Description states that hotel pick up and drop off is included. Under schedule, what does the departure point and return details “Accommodations inside Aurelian Walls” mean? Thank you!!

When we used Welcome Italy for our tours, they picked us up in our hotel lobby and dropped us off at the lobby at the end of the tour. The service is excellent. I did a Florence tour with them but not the tour you are considering. The trip from Rome to Florence went quickly and they did stop at a highway rest stop. Once in Florence we shopped and toured a few sites including the museum where the statue of David is. We had plenty of time in Florence. The tour guides are fantastic and will take care of you. They will make sure you will get back to your hotel.
Can you confirm as per the response to my review that you wait a maximum of 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival of an Overseas flight? Given all the variables not least if Rome Airport I would highly recommend arranging transport their - cheaper and you won’t risk paying for a service that through no fault of your own you miss
