The Neighborhood Resource Center (NRC) opened in June 1999 in collaboration and support from neighborhood groups and organizations throughout the community. The concept of the NRC was to create a focal point for residents to address and confront problems and issues facing their neighborhoods and as well as to provide an easy access to all Unified Government neighborhood services and initiatives.
