When word went public that Jim Harbaugh was taking the Chargers back to San Diego for training camp sessions this summer, not everyone was pleased, to say the least. That, despite the University of San Diego being Harbaugh’s first coaching stop.

Quarterback Philip Rivers retired from the NFL in 2021. Four years later, he's taken the step of officially doing it as a member of the Chargers.

The career of Mike Williams has come to an end, and it has done so with little more than a whimper. Williams signed a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Chargers this offseason, returning to the team that made him a first-round pick in 2017.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Hines has agreed to sign with the Chargers. Hines has not played since suffering a serious leg injury in a jet ski accident in July 2023. Hines was playing for the Bills at the time of his injury and signed with the Browns last year, but never came off of the non-football injury list while in Cleveland.
