Oklahoma City has one of the deepest rosters in the NBA, and the team only needed one pick in the top five of the draft to assemble the group.

The Thunder should enter the NBA Finals as a heavy favorite regardless of who advances. The West is just a different animal. The Pacers and Knicks are closer to the Memphis Grizzlies than the Nuggets or Timberwolves on the talent scale.

Alexander, Jalen Williams, and Chet Holmgren aren’t quite as talented as Durant, Westbrook, and Harden on-paper, but it’s possible this Thunder core fits even better together than the last one to reach the NBA Finals.
