The Anaconda Urban Wildlife Management Task Force received the blessing Tuesday of commissioners for Anaconda-Deer Lodge County to move ahead with a plan for managing pesky town mule deer.

A divided commission for Anaconda-Deer Lodge County voted Tuesday night to adopt a non-lethal management plan for a large population of habituated mule deer causing problems in the city.
