With their gameday status as questionable, the Browns have gotten a late-night injury update on Cedric Tillman and Harold Fannin Jr.

Garrett Wilson is expected to return for Sunday's game against the Browns, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Wilson has missed the past two games due to a hyperextended knee suffered against the Broncos. He said during the week that he anticipated returning, but still carried a questionable tag into the weekend.

After the Browns traded Joe Flacco in early October, Sanders was made the No. 2 signal caller on the depth chart. Sanders still remains ahead of veteran Bailey Zappe, who was active when the fifth-round, No.144 overall pick was out in Week 8.

Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman has been activated from injured reserve and is expected to be available to play Sunday when Cleveland visits the New York Jets.

Rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders will be back in the mix this week as the Cleveland Browns' backup after missing their last game.
