Edmonton Oilers defenseman Darnell Nurse has been suspended for the final game of the regular season for cross-checking Los Angeles Kings forward Quinton Byfield in the back of the head.

Nurse is eligible for a return to Edmonton's lineup for the opening game of its first-round series against Los Angeles.
