Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ offensive coordinator Liam Coen will no longer be in the running for the Jacksonville Jaguars’ head coaching opening. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Coen is staying with the Buccaneers as their offensive coordinator and under a new contract that makes him among the highest-paid offensive coordinators in football.

It appeared Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator Liam Coen was a finalist for the Jacksonville Jaguars head-coaching job; the Tampa Bay Times even reported there was a growing belief it was the 39-year-old's job to lose.
