The defending Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers will be without second-leading scorer Matthew Tkachuk down the stretch because of the lower-body injury he suffered at the 4 Nations Face-Off.

In this latest catch and release, officials fitted a GPS collar to the panther, which will allow researchers to track its movements and learn how it survives in what's left of its habitat.
