VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Wabash Valley Railroad Museum is celebrating 25 years of serving as a tribute to the past, present, and future of the railroad industry.

DYER | Victor Baird fondly remembers the Wabash Fourth District railroad from summers spent at his grandmother’s house in Wolcottville, Ind. Baird, 56, grew up a self-described Army brat.
