(KCTV) - The Kansas Attorney General’s Office and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) signed an agreement with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security allowing KBI agents to work with Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to remove criminal illegal aliens from Kansas, announced by Kris Kobach on Feb. 17.
