The New Year has gotten off to a violent start in Little Rock. Late Wednesday evening, Little Rock Police (LRPD) shot a man dead after he charged at them with a knife. They encountered the man on Broadway Street - covered in blood.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock police are on the scene of a shooting on Colonel Glenn Road. LRPD dispatch logs show a call for a shooting in progress at 6300 Colonel Glenn Road just after 3 p.m. Authorities confirmed that three people were injured in the shooting. One is stable and the other two victims are critical.
