Four people were injured in a stabbing attack near a shopping mall in the Finnish city of Tampere on Thursday and one person was arrested, but there were no indications of a terrorist or racist motive in the incident,

A 23-year-old man is in custody after randomly stabbing four people in central Tampere. The victims sustained serious injuries but survived. Police say the attack was unprovoked and not motivated by ideology.
