Amen, who was an Eritrean refugee, died from fatal injuries on Clarendon Street, Glasgow, at around 10.30pm on Wednesday. Police and paramedics rushed to the scene near St George's Cross, but the schoolboy could not be saved.
A 14-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of 15-year-old Glasgow schoolboy Amen Teklay. He is due to appear in court on Monday.
Police have said the death of Amen Teklay, who was found seriously injured in the street on Wednesday night, is being treated as murder.

Loved ones have been asked to gather in Danes Drive Park, next to the Kingsway Flats, in the Scotstounhill area of the city from 3pm on Sunday. Amen had moved to Glasgow with his dad eight years ago.
