Chychrun returned to Ottawa this week as the top-scoring defenceman on the top team in the NHL and reflected on his time with the Senators.

Kastelic, who spent his three seasons with the Senators, picked up an assist and a fighting major in the Bruins' shootout loss. He missed two games after an ugly incident in Tampa.

Injuries have disrupted the Senators' lineups. His most common partner last season, Artem Zub, sustained a violent concussion in the third game of the season, and upon his return, he did not resemble his usual self. After eight nondescript games, Zub suffered a fractured foot, which caused him to miss another 16 games.
