According to the director of The Fantastic Four: First Steps, Doctor Doom won’t appear in the movie. Don’t worry, this is just the latest lie in the Marvel press cycle.

First Steps director Matt Shakman has commented on whether Robert Downey Jr's Doctor Doom will make an appearance in the upcoming movie, and seemingly confirmed the character will be absent.
