Activity picked up again on the west and northwest flanks of the fire Tuesday morning, and the fire is now estimated at 2,300 acres, the post said.

The fire has grown to about 2,000 acres and has moved into the Dragoon Mountains and the Coronado National Forest. There is no containment.
