Steinbach, 17, was decked out in a No. 10 Bo Nix jersey as a nod to Denver’s second-year quarterback. He saw Will Nelson, 17, come out of his house wearing a No. 3 Russell Wilson Broncos jersey. “I hate it,’’ Steinbach said. “It looks ugly. It will stand out a lot.”
Izzy, 26, was a hit last season as well with her fits like her sick Broncos throwback jacket, and sizzling on with Zach Wilson’s now-wife on a girl’s trip to Mexico in dueling bikinis. She’s been working out hard in the offseason as well to get in fit form.
Nix completed 66.3% of his passes last season and only took 24 sacks, impressive totals for his debut year. He'll look to improve on those totals in Year 2 as the Denver Broncos attempt to return to the playoffs after going 10-7 in 2024.
Given Sean Payton's previous success with Drew Brees, it shouldn't come as a surprise that Payton's new quarterback, Bo Nix, spent time this offseason with his old one as Nix looks to build off of his successful rookie season.
Nix rushed for 430 yards and four touchdowns as a rookie, and he caught a score in Week 9 vs. the Baltimore Ravens, which, combined with his 29 passing scores (leading all rookie quarterbacks), gave him 34 total touchdowns in 2024. Daniels came close to Nix's total touchdown mark, with 31.
Just days after the Denver Broncos wrapped up their spring offseason program on June 12, quarterback Bo Nix hosted teammates for player-led practices in Idaho from June 16-18, tight end Adam Trautman revealed during a recent interview with Mike Klis of 9News.
