The Dallas Cowboys coaching staff is in state of flux. With the entire 2024 staff no longer under contract, all are free to pursue opportunities elsewhere. Who the Cowboys bring in as replacement coaches is anyone’s guess at this point.

It was previously reported that the Dallas Cowboys' head coaching search could extend well into February. They have only interviewed a handful of candidates and it seemed the interview process was delaying the inevitable Kellen Moore bombshell.

After interviewing current offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer, it would be illogical for him to return to the Dallas Cowboys under a new head coach.
