Alcott joined the crime thriller franchise in 2021's Dexter: First Blood, playing the titular character's son, Harrison Morgan. Alcott reprised his role in Dexter: Resurrection, which released its first two episodes on Paramount+ on July 11.

Dexter: Resurrection is here, and despite the hype surrounding it, the series debut has met some skepticism from fans, as it appears to include a few plot holes that are difficult to overlook. One of the most debated questions is the question of why Angela let Dexter go.

Dexter has returned to San Diego Comic Con as everyone’s favorite fictional series killer has been resurrected. Michael C. Hall has returned to Ballroom 20, following his appearance last year when he surprised attendees at the Dexter: Original Sin, the prequel series starring Patrick Gibson.

New Blood isn't in Resurrection, and it seems like the sequel show is ignoring her and the earlier show altogether.
