Two years after its rebrand, HBO Max has officially returned. As it remains one of the best streaming services, the platform has gone through quite a few name changes over the years, and changed to Max in 2023 following WarnerMedia’s merger with Discovery.

Warner Bros. Discovery would officially rebrand its Max streaming service to HBO Max on Wednesday, per a source familiar with the matter — and that change over is now live.

Max has become HBO Max once more.

On Rotten Tomatoes, the first season holds a 92% critics’ score and an 82% audience score.
