Skiers have filed a class action lawsuit against Vail Resorts, saying they spent thousands of dollars to visit Park City Mountain and Vail Resorts didn’t disclose an ongoing strike or its impacts.

Ski patrollers at Park City Mountain Resort appear to be headed back to the slopes. Park City Mountain and Park City Professional Ski Patrol Association announced late Tuesday that they have reached a new tentative agreement through April 2027.

The strike at Vail Resort's largest U.S. ski property lasted nearly two weeks and shined a spotlight on the growing union.
