VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — A 21-year-old man is dead and a suspect arrested after a reported shooting at a park in Vancouver, Wash. Vancouver police responded to the scene at Jaggy Road Park, located in the 4500 block of NW 72nd Ave, just before 4:30 p.m.

Police arrested a man on Wednesday shortly after they discovered another man shot to death in a Vancouver park. Machou M. Machou, 23, faces possible charges of second-degree murder in the shooting death of a 21-year-old at Jaggy Road Park around 4:24 p.m., the Vancouver Police Department said in a statement.
