Top market research analysts told CRN that they question the DOJ’s market analysis laid out its lawsuit to block Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks.

The Justice Department on Thursday sued to block the tie-up, a $14 billion deal that would join the second- and third-largest companies providing wireless networking solutions for large corporate customers.

The DoJ says the merger would be anti-competitive while HPE says that's flawed logic and its ready "vigorously defend" itself in court.
