Marcus Smart plans to sign with the Los Angeles Lakers after getting bought out by the Washington Wizards, according to Shams Charania of ESPN.  Luka Doncic recruited Smart to the Lakers.  Smart played for the Memphis Grizzlies and Wizards last season.
