Filip Forsberg’s 300th career goal tied the game late, and all three Predators skaters scored in the shootout to come back and defeat the Chicago Blackhawks by a 3-2 final on Thursday night at Bridgestone Arena. The result gives the Preds their 1,001st victory in franchise history on a night where they honored three of their best.

In the shootout moments later, Gustav Nyquist, Ryan O’Reilly and Steven Stamkos each scored as the Predators emerged with a 3-2 victory at Bridgestone Arena, doubling their win total for the season when trailing after 40 minutes.

With a 3-2 lead heading into the third period, the Chicago Blackhawks allowed a late goal from Filip Forsberg to tie the game before the Nashville Predators won 4-3 in a shootout on Thursday.
