A tropical system with a low chance of formation is set to cross Florida, dumping rain across the state — again. The National Hurricane Center is tracking a disturbance near the southeast coast with a 10% chance of strengthening into a tropical depression in the next two to seven days, as of Wednesday afternoon.

Former Texas A&M and Florida State head football coach Jimbo Fisher has landed a new job. Fisher, 59, was most recently the head coach at Texas A&M. He served the position from 2018 until 2023. Fisher stunned the college football world when he left Florida State for College Station.
