Cheshire and Warrington’s three councils have asked to be included in the government’s priority programme for devolution.

It was a drug deal gone bad, ending up with two men shot, one fatally, on the south side streets of Coatsville.

The recently completed project included Exeter and South Heidelberg townships, as well as St. Lawrence Borough.
