Philadelphia has opened 20 warming centers to help the homeless and other in need of shelter find a heated place to stay. The city remains under a Code Blue due to extremely cold conditions until further notice.

Philadelphia has opened 20 new warming centers for people who need them during the city's Code Blue emergency. While the snow has moved out, bitterly cold temperatures and biting winds have moved in.
