Three personnel including an Indian Army officer were injured on Sunday (10 November) during a gunfight with terrorists in a remote forest area in Kishtwar district, Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), officials reported.

A joint operation of security forces was launched in Kishtwar after the Kashmir Tigers kidnapped and killed two civilians on Thursday.

The gunfight broke out at around 9:00 am in the forest area connecting Dachigam and upper reaches of Nishat area.
