Cori Clingman has been indicted on 13 criminal counts, including negligent manslaughter and DUI, for causing a crash that killed Minnesota Vikings rookie Khyree Jackson and two others in Maryland.

Police said troopers believe the Infiniti hit a maroon Dodge Charger in which all three men were riding before hitting a Chevrolet Impala, 11 News previously reported.

The Chevrolet only had the driver inside. Jackson, who was set to make his NFL debut this fall as the Minnesota Vikings' rookie cornerback, was in the passenger seat of the Dodge Charger.

In the wee hours of July 6, not even three months after that draft call came, a silver Infiniti collided with a maroon Dodge Charger carrying Khyree and some friends in Prince George’s County, Md.

According to the Maryland State Police report on the accident, Jackson was a passenger in a Dodge Charger that was involved in a three-vehicle wreck in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

Jackson, Isaiah Hazel, 23, and Anthony “A.J.” Lytton Jr., 24, died after an Infiniti Q50 driven by 23-year-old Cori Clingman pushed Hazel’s Dodge Charger off the road and into tree stumps.
