Carter,29, was a third-round draft pick of the Giants in 2018 out of Georgia, taken with the 66th overall pick. He played four seasons in New York before signing with the Atlanta Falcons during his free agency in 2022. He spent three years there and signed with the Titans in March of this year.

While reaffirming for the umpteenth time that Russell Wilson is the starter, the Giants head coach did no such thing when asked if the No. 2 quarterback is set in stone.
