A North Carolina man is behind after he allegedly shot his wife and another man to death, and then sent a picture of the man's body to the victim's spouse. A double homicide came to light under odd circumstances, when the suspected killer took a photo at the crime scene and sent it to one victim’s wife, according to investigators in North Carolina. The woman immediately called the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office for help.

A man has been charged with two counts of murder after allegedly killing his wife and another man in a double homicide in Woodleaf on Saturday morning.

At 8:42 a.m., the Rowan County Sheriff's Office received a report of a possible homicide at 1212 Old Oak Lane in Woodleaf. According to deputies, an Amanda Burr called 911 and said her friend Jonathan Davon Freeman sent her a photograph of her husband, Brandon Burr, dead at their home.

Investigators say the incident happened Saturday morning in Woodleaf. Jonathan Freeman is being held under no bond.
