Apr 11, 2015 · Just received delivery of a GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 yesterday. Installed it, turned on my computer and noticed all 3 of my fans not spinning. I did a quick google search and found a thread on here that described how to fix the problem. Followed all the steps such as; clean install of my OS, Driver, XOC, etc. Now only 1/3 fan works.

Grab an older/previous driver from NVIDIA Downloads ..Then use DDU in Safe Mode to remove 441.66 and all the optional driver components and restart your PC..Then disconnect from the internet..Then install the older/previous driver ...
