Jan 31, 2025 · Prowl is an Autobot from the Animated continuity family. True warriors must move like water. NINJA water. Some people are team players, and some... well, aren't. Prowl falls into the latter category. A loner at heart, he has little interest in teamwork, something Optimus Prime finds extremely frustrating.

Prowl is one of the three tritagonists (alongside Ratchet and Bulkhead) of Transformers Animated. He is one of Optimus Prime's Autobot crew. He was voiced by Jeff Bennett who voiced Ultra Magnus. A young Prowl tried to avoid being drafted into fighting in the Great War but was apprehended by Warpath and taken to Yoketron.

PROWL is the silent ninja of the team; he only speaks when he has to and it is as brief as possible. Of all the AUTOBOTS he is the most skilled in direct combat, he is a natural spy and can infiltrate without being detected.

Prowl is the Autobot of little talk and a lot of action. He’s unflappable, precise and has developed a keen interest in organic life. Prowl's antenna on his forehead is similar to that of his G1 predecessor.

Abilities: Prowl's main weapon are his throwing shuriken, bladed weapons that hurl through the air (always returning like a boomerang). He has a myriad of these at the base, and uses them when needed.

Part of the first wave of Animated Deluxe Class toys, Prowl transforms into a black and gold police "superbike" of made-up model. Two of his hubcaps are removable, and they both can reconfigure into three-bladed "mecha stars" which he can hold in robot mode.

Prowl is the loner of the Autobot team lead by Optimus Prime. He was trained in the art of Cyber-Ninjutsu, making him the most skilled and one of the most valuable members of the team.
