So I have used P1000T Unistrut with 1/2" Kwik washer for 1/2" dia. hangers. Hanger reaction force is 500lbs. Refer Snap-1 & Snap-2 for clarity.

Mounting them via the Unistut avoids the nightmare of having to remove loaded, wired panels before a move can be made.
