Jan 9, 2018 · Every ship I've been on (7 Carnival ships so far of varying classes) has had free steam rooms and saunas in the locker areas of the gym, free of charge. These were segregated by sex. Ships with the Cloud 9 Spa also have the Thermal Suites, which are a more premium sauna experience, at an extra charge.

May 31, 2021 · Radiance Room 5301 with upper pullman (bed comes down from wall or ceiling) with "standard" carnival couch with no arms. Radiance Room 2344 with "convertible bunk" bunk lifts out of the couch. notice couch has arms. Unfortunatly there are no photos with the bunk up, for Carnival, but here is the equivalent couch from MSC with the bunk up.

Feb 5, 2023 · I was shocked at how hot the hot tubs were on my recent Royal cruise (on Freedom). I'd gotten used to the usual lukewarm hot tubs on Carnival -- and didn't really mind that, especially on a hot, sunny day -- but everyone remarked at how hot those side hot tubs were.

Jun 23, 2018 · I considered vista over freedom for our October cruise as I have been on freedom many times. In fact, twice in 2016. Freedom won due to price. I was willing to try vista although I really enjoy the layout and more comfortable feel of freedom. I am sure with vista being home in Galveston that I will sail her, just didn’t make the cut this year.
