Dunno if its because the GPU heatsing pretty much covers 100% of the fan, either way there´s nothing i can do to change that, even tho the lower slot is a x16 PCIe 3.0, this Colorful RTX 3080 is a behemoth and it wont fit on the lower slot, it will pretty much touch the PSU cover if i use any other slot.
