Many years ago, I compiled a couple of cds Of songs selected by me and my gymnasts for 45 sec and 60 sec interval training. Over the weekend, I updated it with song parodies related to COVID-19. 3-beeps followed by about 45 sec song; single beep to signal 10-15 sec rest period (in which I have a sound byte of a motivational quote or some sort of bumper to fill in the gap).
